International Conference about Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in Agricultural Management, 15th-17th of November 2023

Agriculture and food production is often seen as one of the most promising areas for the application of AI and associated technologies. But will such applications really lead to sustainability? This conference hosted at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology is open to scientist as well as practitioners concerned with transitioning to more efficient and sustainable agricultural systems, climate mitigation and adaption and a circular economy with a focus on sustainable use and management of natural resources. Some of the main themes are the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in data collection, monitoring, optimization, and mitigation of environmental impacts in agricultural systems. The conference aims to provide a broad sustainability science perspective on AI applications in such systems.

We want to stress that this conference is not only for scientists but also for those people from outside the scientific world working on transitions to more efficient and sustainable agriculture systems.
